This tassel bookmark is designed to look and feel like feathers. I used the softest yarns and silk ribbon to get this light, flowy, comforting feel - to offer a constant reminder and encouragement and promises of the protection that comes from dwelling in the shelter of the Most High. (Psalm 91) 
There are four separate bookmarks attached to this tassel, offering you the ability to mark up to four pages in your Bible for study and reflection. 
I decided to use a deep crimson chenille - reminiscent of the blood of Jesus - which is our perfect protection.
